Preton Technical Certification Program

Preton technical certification program is designed to qualify and certify Preton’s partners and its technical resources in installing and supporting PretonSaver and conducting successful POCs. In order to be certified, a technical professional will need to undergo Preton basic training course and to be proficient in installing, configuring and supporting Preton’s products. The certification is mandatory for partners that engage with prospects and customers, and conducts POCs and weight tests.

 

The program offers two certification levels:

 

First level - Preton specialist level one certification

Requirement – Preton basic training course. The two days face to face course provides the trainee with the basic skills required to install PretonSaver software components, configure SQL Server DB , configure PretonSaver Control and conduct  saving tests.

Acquiring level one certification is mandatory. The certification is given to course attendees and cannot be transferred.

Preton Specialist level one certification mandatory for:

• Conducting weight tests
• Installing and configuring PretonSaver at customer’s sites and conducting  small scale POCs
• Generating licenses over the web

In order to participate in level one training course, attendees must be proficient with the following:

  Installing and maintaining Microsoft operating systems

  Installing and maintaining SQL Server

  Installing software applications

  Experience with technical presales and post-sales activities.

 

Second Level - Preton specialist level two certifications

The second level certification is required for large scale implementations and will be given based on experience and performance as level one.
