Install All Preton Components on the Same Machine
Issue:
PretonSaver is not working properly
-
Preton components were
not designed to be installed on the same machine, when
installing on the same machine one need to be aware that
PretonSaverClient will have dependency issue with
the PretonCoordinator, which prevent from the system to work
properly.
Solution:
After the machine is up and running follow the enclosed
procedure:

Stop PretonCoordinator service
-
Stop PretonSaver service
-
End the "PretonClient" process
-
Start PretonCoordinator service
-
Start PretonSaver service
-
Start "PretonClient" process from the Saver install directory
-
Open TraceView, send one print job and check the log to see that the
system performs OK
