PretonSaver requires 200 bytes-600 bytes per one print job recorded in the database.

The estimated size of Print_Jobs table (the largest table collecting all print job information) in the database is:

(Number of users) * (average number of Print Jobs) * (byte per Print Jobs)

The size of a database serving 2000 users will be around 5 GB per year. (this is  a general estimate based on average printing volumes)
